[What do I need to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] Rocket is a raccoon, with both physical and cerebral cybernetic enhancements. He's fast, he's clever, he's got a mean sense of humor.  He's also short.  And trigger happy.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] If you want to pick a fight, yeah. Just keep in mind, violence is always a solution for Rocket.
[Can I fight with this character?] Yes.  Again, things might go boom.
